State

The first weekend of March, we went up to Boise to spend the weekend with my family watching Kevin play basketball.  It was so fun to be there with the family cheering on his team.  It was fun to walk in the gym and see basically all of Rupert, Idaho there! The weekend didn't turn out like we wanted, but we got to watch some fun games and spend time with our family. All the games were really close and really exciting to watch.  We jumped up and cheered so many times that we were on our feet more than sitting down.  This, however, led to a little problem. It was the last minute of one of the games and literally everyone was on their feet except the man next to Josh.  All of a sudden, I got to know the man standing next to me very well.  We were smashed together and almost fell over. I apologized and looked over at Josh trying to figure out why he pushed me into a perfect stranger and he was just standing there as perplexed as I was.  Apparently, the old man next to Josh was mad we were standing up and decided to take matters into his own hands.  He yelled, pulled Josh down, and finally stood up and put his shoulder down and barreled into Josh. It was crazy, but I guess everyone gets crazy at state basketball games.

Here's some pictures of the games. I didn't take any of my own because I was too involved in cheering(ok, and my battery died in my camera)

Super fans! We made those shirts, hard to believe because they're so great huh? My dad, Josh, & I are in the background of the picture below.

Kev's a champ! He blocked a billion shots and dunked it in one of the games.  I tried to find a picture of it, but I guess no one could capture such greatness on camera.

We also got to spend time with four cute little boys! Alyssa, Josh, & Logan came to Utah a couple months ago and we were able to spend the afternoon with them in Bountiful.  Logan is the cutest baby and Josh is so funny. He says and does the funniest things! Linsy, Tate, and Beau came up to Boise to watch Kevin as well and it was fun to spend time with them.  Beau has the cutest smile and it just cracks me up. Tate is so smart and funny.  We were drawing pictures one day and I drew a house. He told me it was missing a window so I drew one on then he said, "That's not right." and proceeded to draw some shutters and window panes. It's so fun to spend time with those four little boys and see their different personalities coming out.

I love my family and I'm so grateful they're mine.  We love playing games, laughing, and just being together. It has been so great to see them these past months!
